New Team Registration

Thank you for interest in joining the Twisted Darts League. Our league is based in Long Island, NY with our current territory covering Farmingville to Lindenhurst.

Use this form to request a new team. Teams require a minimum of four players and a maximum of ten players (six – eight recommended). League Fee is $150.00 per team due one week prior to the start of each season. We only require the captain's and bar information. Once accepted to the league, captains will be granted access to enter their rosters in Dart Connect.

Returning team captains can edit their rosters at the start of the season in Dart Connect or by contacting us. If you are a team captain, and do not yet have access, please notify us.
